The Creole-Impressionist Tour

What You Can Expect:

Nestled among the oak trees on Esplanade Avenue, discover a story of the French Creoles, Edgar Degas, his maternal family, the Moussons, and how New Orleans shaped Degas' art, hosted by a great-grand niece of the artist himself. The tour includes a 30-minute award-winning documentary titled "Degas in New Orleans, a Creole Sojourn", a guided tour through the house, and a walk around the neighborhood.

10:30 AM or 1:45 PM

Please allocate 2.5 hours to complete the tour
